I've been using Wii Fit a few weeks now and I am definitely seeing an effect. I've also set up a forum for Wii Fit users at http://www.wiifitforum.org so people can share news, tips and ideas, and hopefully give each other some moral support :o) Paul I don’t think Wiifit.net is a Nintendo website, but it is pretty interesting.
